LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB) -- Time Warner Cable is holding a job fair on Tuesday as it looks to hire more than 40 people for full-time direct sales positions.

The company will hold interviews from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. at 5111 Commerce Crossings Dr., Suite 205, Louisville, Ky. 40229.

"With the acquisition of Insight Communications earlier this year, Time Warner Cable has experienced an increased need for direct sales representatives in the Louisville market," said Mark Dunford, Regional Vice President of Operations at Time Warner Cable, in a news release. "These positions have considerable earning potential, great benefits and opportunities for career growth."

Candidates will learn about the company, pay, working hours, and training before they apply for a position.  Anyone interested in working for Time Warner will take part in a 10-minute speed interview.  Candidates the company is interested in will receive an invitation for a final interview within two days.

The company says the base salary for a direct sales position is $24,000, plus commissions and incentives, with the ability to earn more than $80,000 annually. Benefits include full healthcare, a pension plan, a matched 401K, tuition assistance, gas stipend, and more.

It says job applicants should bring updated copies of their resume and dress in business appropriate attire.
