LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A proposed apartment development will be built in Hillview despite concerns from residents who say it's too large.
The board of zoning adjustment upheld a ruling to clear the way for the Frontgate Apartments to be built in Highview.
Several opposition groups were trying to keep a local developer from building the 200-unit complex on one of the last pieces of undeveloped land in the area.
They say the complex is way too large for the area.
But the project manager said the land is more than enough to accommodate the complex.
Opponents can still appeal this decision in circuit court.
