LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB) -- The LMPD officer charged with assaulting a suspect says he's not guilty. Officer David Graham was in court Wednesday morning on charges of harassment with physical contact and official misconduct.
A WDRB viewer recorded the March 31st arrest in Old Louisville that appears to show Graham smacking and shoving John Sanders, who doesn't appear to fight back.
Sanders was being arrested in connection with a violent robbery.
LMPD has placed Graham on administrative duty. He will be back in court in November.
