LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Police seek the man who robbed the Days Inn in Sellersburg, Ind., Wednesday afternoon.
Clark County Sheriff's detectives say the man walked into the motel, 7168 Old State Road 60, about 2:30 p.m., approached the desk clerk, showed a black, semiautomatic pistol and demanded money.
The clerk gave the man cash. He then fled the motel and got into a black or dark-colored car, police said.
The motel is adjacent to State Road 60 and Interstate 65 at exit 7.
Officers described the suspect as a black male between 5 feet 6 inches and 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighing betwen 150 and 170 lbs. He was last seen wearing a black or dark blue zippered hoodie, a white t-shirt, and white and black high top tennis shoes. He also has a mustache and goatee, police said.
