Officials say they are considering scrapping plan to stagger tolls, aim for full tolling in fall 2016.
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A Louisville man is facing 22 felony charges after police say he obtained painkillers from 28 dentists.
According to an arrest warrant, the incidents took place between March 28 and Aug. 14.
Police say 42-year-old Michael Osswald obtained prescriptions for Hydrocodone from 27 dentists, and one prescription for Tramadol from a 28th dentist.
None of the dentists were aware of the overlapping prescriptions, according to police.
Osswald is charged with 22 counts of attempting to obtain a controlled substance by making fraudulent or false statements.
