LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB) -- A man was arrested after his 18-month-old autistic child was found wandering a Louisville street wearing only a shirt and a diaper.
It happened yesterday afternoon on East Southland Boulevard when officers were flagged down by a woman who said she saw the boy walking by himself.
Police say he crossed the street.
Police knocked on the door of the boy's home and found the father, Adam Lawson, who said he had been in the shower and didn't know the boy was outside. Lawson is charged with wanton endangerment.
