LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB) -- David Jones Junior can stay in the race for a JCPS school board seat.
Another candidate filed a complaint with the Office of Educational Accountability trying to have Jones deemed ineligible because of business conflicts of interest.
The head of the accountability office tells WDRB its investigation wouldn't start unless Jones won the race, and even then it would be up to the Attorney General to remove him from office.
Jones is running against three others in District Two, which represents areas such as Saint Matthews and the Highlands.
