LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB) -- A dog was found abused and sealed up inside a plastic bag on the side of a road, but rescuers believe they'll be able to save him.
After cutting a hole in the bag, rescuers took a picture of how the dog was found -- sealed up in the bag, with matted hair and covered in fleas.
Doctors are closely monitoring the dog, who can't even stand because of broken bones, likely from abuse.
The Shamrock Foundation has named him Karma, while Metro Animal Services investigates the case.
