LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB) -- Leadership is changing at two Clark County schools.
Former Jeffersonville High School principal Jim Sexton will now be the principal at Clark County Middle/High School.
Sexton was placed on paid administrative leave last Wednesday.
Superintendent Dr. Andrew Melin says, "Placing Mr. Sexton on paid administrative leave was done to avoid any allegation of undue influence while I investigated management issues at Jeffersonville High School. There were no concerns related to illegal activities."
Dr. Melin says he believes Sexton's management style will help broaden the alternative program at Clark County Middle/High School.
Dr. Melin declined our request for further comment.
David Milburn, an Assistant Principal at Jeffersonville High School, will assume Interim-Principal responsibilities on Monday.
