BOZICH BLOG: Cards Projected To Jump To 10 in BCS Rankings

Louisville is projected to be ranked 10th in the next BCS standings.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) – The latest Bowl Championship Series numbers will be released at 8:30 p.m. on ESPN.

But there are a pair of projected BCS standings – and both have the University of Louisville gaining six spots and moving to Number 10.

The Cards are projected to climb past Oregon State, Oklahoma, Mississippi State, Rutgers, Texas Tech and Southern California, according to Jerry Palm of CBSSports.com, a noted bracketologist for the NCAA Tournament. All of those teams lost last weekend.

Louisville is listed as a 14-point favorite for its game with Temple at Papa John's Cardinal Stadium Saturday.
