Billboard against bullying goes up near Rushville, Ind.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- The fight against bullying just got bigger in Indiana.

A billboard near Rushville reads, "No bullying, the program that works."

The organization Angels and Doves is setting up two billboards in honor of Logan Thompson and Austin McDaniel, who were both bullied at their middle school.

A school camera caught McDaniel being slammed to the ground and punched unconscious.

Logan Thompson, McDaniel's best friend, feels he was beat up as retaliation and hopes the billboards will raise awareness.

"More people know that it's not good to be bullying people," Thompson said. "It's sort of inspirational to have a billboard."

A second billboard is expected on the other side of Rush County.
