LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB) -- A taxi cab driver charged in a deadly crash near Horseshoe Casino will need a half million dollars to get out of jail.  Charles Barlow's bond was set Wednesday morning.

U.S. marshals arrested Barlow in Louisville where he faced a fugitive charge.  Four counts of reckless homicide have been filed against Barlow in Floyd County, where he will be transported.

According to court documents obtained by WDRB, Barlow, the cab driver, admitted to an officer he drank alcohol before the crash.

The fiery wreck happened around midnight Monday morning on State Road 111 in Floyd County.  Investigators say Barlow was going in excess of 80 miles per hour when he hit a Cadillac.

Barlow was the only survivor.  His three passengers and the driver of the Cadillac died.
