LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- The railroad involved in the train derailment last Monday has set up two 1-800 numbers for residents affected by the incident, according to a spokeswoman.
Paducah & Louisville Railway has set up the following numbers:
For calls related to claims or reimbursement: 1-800-786-5204.
For calls related to issues OTHER than claims or reimbursement: 1-866-728-9210.
Both numbers are staffed by live personnel during business hours, according to the spokeswoman. Calls received after business hours, or which cannot be answered during business answers due to call volume, will be returned within 12 hours.
