Rare items featured at annual Louisville Slugger Auction and Appraisal Fair

The Live Action and Appraisal Fair at the Louisville Slugger Museum and Factor is back for its ninth year. Hunt Auction is also hosting free appraisals during museum hour through Friday, November  9. The auction itself will be on Saturday, November 10 at 10 a.m.

The highlights of the auction include a Babe Ruth autographed professional model bat with an estimated value between $200,000and $300,000, a Joe DiMaggio 1951 Yankees World Series Ring with an estimated value between $50,000 and $100,000 and an exceptional 1927 World Series Champion New York Yankees team signed baseball with an estimated value between $15,000-$25,000.

A presentation of Hunt Auctions Annual Appraisal Fair and Louisville Slugger Museum & Factory Living Legend Award tovTony Gynn will round out the festivities on Saturday.
