LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB) -- A film crew this weekend is re-creating one of the biggest tragedies in Kentucky's history -- the 1988 Carroll County bus crash.
Twenty-seven people were killed when a church bus returning to Radcliff from Kings Island collided with a pickup truck going the wrong way on Interstate 71.
The truck driver was drunk.
A Lexington-based film director plans to release the documentary, "Impact: After the Crash," next spring -- 25 years after the wreck.
