LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A triple play for local baseball fans -- three collectibles pulled in big money at the Louisville Slugger Museum this weekend.
A bat autographed by Babe Ruth sold for more than $250,000 during this weekend's auction, and a group of autographed baseballs from the early 1900s sold for over $100,000.
An early group of programs for the sport brought in nearly as much money.
Baseball experts say auctions like this prove there are still some "attic finds" left for baseball collectors.
