LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- The man accused of gunning down two neighbors inside a church was back in court Tuesday.
Mahmoud Hindi is accused of killing David Merritt and Marvin Fisher at a homeowners association meeting at the Springdale Community Church in September.
He was involved in a long dispute over a fence and driveway at his home.
Hindi's attorneys have asked a judge to allow him to be eligible for bond release, but so far no decision has been made.
