LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Two years after downtown Paoli, Indiana burned to the ground, there's reason to celebrate.
An open house was held today to give people the chance to see the newly built downtown square.
The building, called Phoenix on the Square, consists of 12 low-income apartments and retail spaces.
The style blends in with the rest of the historic square.
Applications are being accepted for the apartments which cost around $300 a month.
