Distilled Spirits Epicenter's Moonshine University celebrates Repeal Day on December 5th with a special "Spirits of Prohibition" class.
The two-hour course will focus on bourbon, gin and cocktails of the prohibition era.
Enthusiast classes will be offered at least once per month and will cost $100 per person. Distilled Spirits Epicenter was created by Flavorman custom beverage company founder David Dafoe.
This facility is designed to provide the education, training and equipment to enable startup productions, industry professionals and those new to the beverage alcohol industry to benefit from the area's wealth of experience and knowledge.
