1 box saltine crackers
2 sticks of butter
1 cup brown sugar
12 oz. chocolate chips
Line jelly roll pan with foil, lining it up the sides
Spread one layer of saltines, making sure it's a tight fit!
Boil butter and brown sugar in microwave for 3-5 minutes
Stir, pour over saltines and bake at 350 for 5 minutes
Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle with chocolate chips
When chips are slightly melted, spread chocolate into even layer with spatula
Cool outside or in fridge until chocolate hardens
Break into smaller pieces by hand
