1 pkg hamburger buns
1 pkg hot dog buns
1 medium onion, chopped
about 2 t. fresh sage, crumbled
1/3 c. turkey broth (from roasting turkey)
2/3 c. butter
1 egg
Mix bread, onion and sage in a 2 quart Pyrex bowl and let bread sit out until it's a little crusty, a few hours.
Melt butter and turkey broth together. Add 1 beaten egg, making sure liquid is not hot enough to cook the egg. Mix liquid in with bread so it is a sloppy consistency.You may need to add more turkey broth, as it needs to be pretty wet. Cover and bake at 375 for 1 1/4 hours.
