LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB) -- Bardstown, Ky. is issuing a special postmark for its honor as the "Most Beautiful Small Town in America" in the Rand McNally/USA Today Best of the Road contest. Bardstown and the 15 other finalists were featured in a special program that aired on the Travel Channel.
The city will unveil the special cancellation at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the old Bardstown Courthouse. On Saturday, December 1st, 8th, and 15th during Santa on the Square, people can buy holiday stamps and have the special postmark applied to greeting cards.
They can also receive the postmark by sending stamped cards or letters in a larger stamped envelope to:
