Chef Nancy Russman has been giving back with her gift of cooking for decades. For the past couple of years, she has been leading the charge to prepare a Thanksgiving meal for the youngsters at Audubon Youth Development Center. The Center helps teenagers get back on their feet after getting in trouble with the law. Many of these juvenile offenders have never had a home cooked meal especially a Thanksgiving meal with all the fixings. Volare Italian Restaurant has donated their kitchen for Chef Nancy and her crew of about 20 volunteers to prepare a memorable dinner. The meal will be served to more than 80 teenagers who will gobble up pounds of turkey, stuffing and more. WDRB's Keith Kaiser picked Chef Nancy's brain about making a great Thanksgiving meal. Watch some of the videos above to get helpful tips on carving the turkey, making the turkey stock and creating homemade stuffing. Plus Keith teaches Chef Nancy a few things about Easy Scalloped Oysters.
