LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB) -- Police say a Louisville mother beat and even bit her own child -- and it's a daycare worker who reported the abuse.
Detectives say 25-year-old Kenyatta Lewis would hold the 3-year-old boy in the air by his arm and strike him with a closed fist.
The toddler had bruising on his face and bottom, and even a bite mark to the thigh.
Lewis allegedly admitted to detectives that she hit her child on several occasions, causing the injuries. She's been charged with criminal abuse.
