LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Louisville Metro Police arrested a 30-year-old Louisville man after they say he was found with three teenage girls in a bedroom.
According to an arrest report, police were called to an apartment on Shagbark Road, near the intersection of Cane Run Road and S. Crums Lane, shortly after 1 a.m. on Monday. Officers were called there after someone complained that people there were behaving in a disorderly manner.
When police arrived, they allegedly found 30-year-old Jorge L. Gonzalez Rojas in a bedroom with three juvenile girls, ages 13, 13 and 15.
The juveniles had been drinking alcohol, according to police. Two of the juveniles had warrants, and one was a runaway who had been reported "missing," police say.
The runaway's father had come to the apartment looking for his daughter, but Rojas allegedly told him that the girl wasn't there.
Police arrested Rojas and charged him with engaging in an unlawful transaction with a minor.
