LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB) -- Police say they believe two deadly shootings in south-central Kentucky are related.
The call about the first shooting came in just after 6 p.m. Monday. Officers found 28-year-old Jamie Tapscott of Horse Cave dead at her home. Less than an hour later, officers responded to a report of a man who was shot in nearby Cave City. They found 32-year-old Jason Horton dead from a self-inflicted gunshot wound behind his home.
Police believe Horton shot Tapscott, then killed himself.
