LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB) -- Hosparus is making room to help even more patients in southern Indiana. Ground was broken Thursday morning on what will become the Leo and Catherine Koerber Campus.
Hosparus helps more than 100 patients each day. The new 12,000 square foot facility will allow for more space for offices, group meetings, and patient and family needs.
It will also include a space for child, family, and adult bereavement services and the pediatric hospice program.
Hosparus President and CEO Phil Marshall says, "We never forgot that it's about way more -- it's the care that counts for the members of our own families."
