LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- There are more questions than answers after a fatal crash shuts down an interstate ramp downtown.
Metro police say the driver of a Chevy Silverado lost control of the vehicle and ran off the road near the intersection of 1st and Jacob Streets at about 6:30 Thursday night.
They say the man hit a tree near the entrance ramp to I-65, and died at the scene.
That ramp was shut down during the investigation.
No other cars were involved, and the victim has not been identified.
Police ask anyone who might have been in the area and have information about what happened to call the police tip line at 574-LMPD.
