LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB) -- A man says he was abducted and shoved in a trunk -- and now the video evidence has been released.

Circle K clerk Shawn Bloemer says he was overpowered at work and stuffed into the trunk of his own car.  Nearly four hours later, police pulled the car over for expired plates.

In police dashcam video, you can see when LMPD Officers Frederick Wilson and Daniel Goldberg realize something is wrong and call for backup.  After dragging three people out of the car -- Brittany Elder, Trent Blye, and Joseph Davis -- they found Bloemer in the trunk.

Elder, Blye, and Davis are charged with kidnapping, wanton endangerment, and theft.

The officers were honored for their quick thinking.
