LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB) -- The Federal Aviation Administration is investigating why a plane crash killed all four people on board near Greensburg, Indiana.

Police say the plane went down about a mile from the Greensburg Municipal Airport.  The plane had crashed through a tree line and ended up in a farm field.

Dispatchers started receiving 911 calls shortly after 6 p.m. Sunday but didn't find the wreckage until nearly five hours later.

The plane is registered to a Greensburg man, but police aren't releasing information about the victims.  Greensburg is about 40 miles south of Indianapolis.
