LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB) -- Louisville Metro Police say information from the anonymous tip line helped officers identify the man arrested for the robbery of the PNC Bank at 8500 Preston Highway on November 28th.
21-year-old John Stanley Washburn was charged with robbery.
Police said after the robbery that a man told a teller he had a gun and gave her a threatening note demanding money. No one actually saw a gun during the robbery.

Police say when Washburn was arrested he had a $50 bait bill from the bank on him.
