LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB) -- Diners in southwest Jefferson County have a new option when eating out. The Chili's on Dixie Highway not far from Lower Hunters Trace opened its doors Monday.
Community leaders helped officially cut the ribbon. That location serves up something a little different from other Louisville area stores, as Chili's Area Director Chris Hebert explains: "People that come here will see some new decor, new colors, new scheme, a great new group of employees. And in our lounge area, we have the garage doors that open up to a patio. We have 24 TVs so people can enjoy sporting events and we have a great atmosphere for a family dining establishment."
Hebert says Chili's has been looking for a long time to put a location in that area.
