LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB) -- A father is accused of putting his two young children in extreme danger because of what he was doing behind the wheel.
Police pulled Rayon Whitlock over on Muhammad Ali Boulevard for expired plates. They say when the driver rolled down the window, a cloud of smoke smelling of marijuana came out.
That's when the officer saw the 1 and 3 year olds in the backseat. The officer says a passenger handed him a blunt that was still hot.
Whitlock is charged with possession of marijuana and endangering the welfare of a minor.
