LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Louisville Metro Police say a Shepherdsville man has admitted to breaking into more than 60 cars in the Valley Station area.
Officers who were investigating the break-ins began questioning 18-year-old Bryan Horton. According to an arrest report, Horton admitted to breaking into the cars, as well as two garages.
Police say he took several items from the cars, including handguns, GPS devices, cash and one or more laptop computers.
He allegedly gave officers a recorded statement admitting to the crimes, and showed detectives several locations where he and a juvenile accomplice committed the thefts.
He's charged with first degree burglary and theft by unlawful taking.
