LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Major renovations are planned next year at the former Colgate plant in hopes of attracting more businesses.
Right now, only one business is located there.
An investment firm says a health care company will move in next year.
He says the long-term goal is to rehab about 85 percent of the about 1 million square feet of space available in the plant.
The building is known for its landmark 40-foot-diameter clock facing Louisville
The factory closed in 2007.
