LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Teachers and staff members described now-fired Western Middle School principal Bill Anderson as a "loose cannon" and a "tyrant" who routinely used profane and inappropriate language and bullied or belittled them verbally during a 2 1/2-year tenure.
WDRB News obtained more than 170 pages that document a JCPS investigation into complaints against Anderson. JCPS fired Anderson on Nov. 27.
Records also show Anderson was accused of using profanity to describe his superiors.
Another allegation involved Anderson saying that a suicidal student should get a box of razor blades for Christmas.
Anderson admitted to some of the allegations.
He also defended the results of his work, saying in a written response to the investigation that test scores and attendance at Western Middle had increased during his time there.
