Louisville, Ky. (WDRB) -- Charges are expected to be filed in connection with the fall of Penn State cheerleader Paige Raque.
Police in State College, Pennsylvania, tell the Centre Daily Times that they are pursuing charges against multiple suspects. The suspects will likely face misdemeanor charges of furnishing alcohol to minors.
Raque suffered serious brain and hip injuries when she fell 39 feet from a fifth floor apartment window. A search warrant was filed in November to obtain Raque's blood alcohol content.
Police have said foul play is not suspected, but alcohol was apparently being served to minors at the party.
Raque is now recovering at home in Louisville, after her release from rehab.
