LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Police say a Louisville man tried to shoot another man at point blank range, but the gun wouldn't fire.

Toreze Bland is accused of opening fire on three men last month who were walking out of a business on 32nd Street.

One was hit in the foot and another man was hit in the leg.

Bland then reportedly pointed a gun at the head of one of the men, but it failed to fire.

Bland was arrested for the crime last night and charged with attempted murder, assault and wanton endangerment.

According to a family representative, Bland's brother, Craig Bland, was one of the men killed during the shootings in May at the corner of 32nd and Kentucky.
