LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB) -- A trial date has set for the Louisville priest dying of cancer. Reverend James Schook is charged with sexually abusing two boys in the 1970s.
He was just charged last year; the case was delayed because doctors said there was a possibility Schook may not live to the end of this year.
Now doctors are saying it's possible he could live for several more years. Today, attorneys agreed on a June 24th trial date.
Schook is out of jail on $10,000 bond.
