LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB) -- A Louisville man turned himself in to police after allegedly hitting a woman in the head with a skateboard. Attorneys for Joshua Devine entered a plea of not guilty in court Wednesday morning.
Police reports show the victim had emergency brain surgery following the attack in September.
It's not clear how the two knew each other, but the judge was told Wednesday morning it did not appear to be a domestic issue.
Devine remains behind bars on a $15,000 full cash bond.
