LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Authorities have arrested two Breckinridge County men they say were trafficking in marijuana.
On Thursday, officers from the Greater Hardin County Narcotics Task Force, Breckinridge County Sheriff's Department, Kentucky State Police and KSP Desi West executed a search warrant for a home on High Plains Road.
Investigators tell us that's where they discovered 40 pounds of marijuana and $28,708 in cash.
Officers arrested 42-year-old Ruben Chaidez Hernandez and 36-year-old Jorge Resendiz.
Both men were being held in the Breckinridge County Detention Center and have been charged with Trafficking in Marijuana over five pounds, a Class C Felony, and possession of drug paraphernalia, a Class A Misdemeanor.
