LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Officials say a man shot last Monday on Shawnee Drive died at around 10:30 a.m. on Christmas Eve.
The coroner has identified the victim as 31-year-old Gilbert Robinson. He was pronounced dead at University hospital Monday morning. Officials say he died from a gunshot wound to the head.
Police say Robinson was shot while he was driving a car on Shawnee Drive on December 17. After the shooting, he lost control and hit a light pole.
Authorities have arrested 46-year-old Mark Bolan in connection with the shooting. They say Bolan was in the car with Robinson when he allegedly shot him.
