LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Metro Police believe they've solved a murder that happened nearly two years ago.
A grand jury has indicted three people in connection with the murder of 20-year-old LaQuan Crawford.
Crawford was shot and killed in January of 2011 near 39th Street and Miami Avenue.
The three indictments include: Mitchell Jackson, Cordell Richardson and Dennis Minor. Police arrested Minor on Dec. 26, but Jackson and Richardson are still on the loose.
Meanwhile, the arrest and indictments brought a little bit of holiday cheer to the victim's family.
"It brought a little closure," said Crawford's grandmother, Betty Johnson. "And that's what I wanted. I just wanted some justice and a little bit of closure."
Police are asking anyone who might know the whereabouts of Jackson and Richardson to call the anonymous LMPD crime tipline 574-LMPD (574-5673).
