LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A Charlestown teacher who faces drug charges is expected to appear in court Monday morning.

56-year-old Kevin Hennegan was arrested at Charlestown Middle School in December.

According to a police report, a pill bottle was found containing marijuana.

School officials said video surveillance caught it falling out of the teacher's pocket.

Police also found $13,000 in Hennegan's desk, drug paraphernalia in a bag and marijuana at his home.

He's out of jail on bond and has been suspended with pay.
