LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A Jeffersontown, Ky. man has been arrested after he was accused of sexually abusing another man.
According to an arrest report, it happened in an apartment complex on Stoke on Trent St., just south of the intersection of Taylorsville Road and S. Hurstbourne Parkway. Police say 35-year-old Hugo E. Villanueva-Ramirez was at his apartment with another man at 4 a.m. on New Year's Day.
Police say the victim drank several alcoholic beverages over the course of several hours, and at one point, the man collapsed on a bed inside the apartment.
That's when, police say, Villanueva-Ramirez climbed into the bed and sexually abused the man while he was asleep.
Villanueva-Ramirez was brought in for questioning and allegedly admitted to the abuse.
He was arrested on Friday evening and charged with first degree sexual abuse.
