LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB) -- Louisville Mayor Greg Fischer will deliver his State of the City Address at the African American Heritage Center on January 24th.
The longtime tradition is usually delivered each January before the downtown Rotary Club, which meets at the Galt House. Fischer says since it's the state of the entire city he wants the annual event to move to different parts of town.
The event is open to the public.

Anyone who wishes to attend the event and eat lunch should RSVP by close of business Friday, Jan. 18 by calling 502-589-1000 or emailing events@rotary45.org
Lunch, catered by Mark's Feed Store, is $20.
There will also be seats for citizens who wish to attend the event but not eat. People who wish to do that should call the Heritage Center at 502-583-4100 or email rita@kcaah.org
