LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A Louisville woman has been arrested after police say she attacked a man, slicing his neck with a boxcutter.
According to an arrest report, officers were called to a residence near the corner of W. Muhammad Ali Blvd. and S. 43rd St. on Friday evening, after they received a report of someone who had been cut.
When officers arrived, they allegedly found a man in a back bedroom with two "severe lacerations" to his throat.
Police say there were four people who witnessed the attack, and they all said the culprit was 47-year-old Julia D. Davis.
Police say Davis admitted to cutting the man's neck with boxcutters.
She was arrested and charged with first degree assault. The condition of the victim is not known at this time.
