No more non-diet soft drinks for Norton Hospital patients

Posted: Updated:

LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB) -- Patients at Norton Hospital will no longer receive non-diet soft drinks in their meals.

Officials tell WDRB that the new policy only deals with soft drinks that contain sugar, which means diet drinks are still OK.

As for those who need their regular sodas, there are still vending machines and Norton's cafeterias will continue to serve both diet and non-diet.
