A hula hoop can help you shed the pounds

It's a workout routine that takes you back to your youth. Keith Kaiser takes on the unique exercise of Hoop Fitness.

The movements with the hoop encourage balance and core strengthening. Hoop Fitness Instructor Angie Florence has been teaching for 10 years. She taught summer camps for yoga and hoop dance in Louisville, KY, Snow Flow Fest in KY. 2011 and again in 2012 teaching Hoop Dance and Yoga classes.
