LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Monday will be a key day in the trial of a man accused of stabbing his wife to death in Jeffersonville.
That's when prosecutors will play Dale Bagshaw's recorded police interview to the jury. The recording is longer than two hours.
The lead detective on the case will also testify.
Bagshaw has admitted stabbing his wife Kelly to death, in a car outside an apartment building in November of 2011.
Bagshaw's attorney said today that he's continuing to highlight evidence that could point to his client's state of mind.
A psychologist and a psychiatrist are also scheduled to testify next week.
